Some of the most influential stories in our lives are never formally taught. They are inherited.
They shape how we understand success, strength, belonging, leadership, relationships, and self-worth. They influence how we see ourselves and how we show up in the world. Yet many of these narratives remain unexamined, operating as unwritten scripts beneath the surface of our daily lives.
This October, we invite you to a Seat at the Table, a four-part dialogue series designed to create meaningful conversation across experiences, perspectives, and identities.
Interrupt! The Unwritten Scripts Men Inherit and the Identities they Create
Our inaugural session will explore:
- The concept of social identity
- Identity dissonance and its impact on personal development
- The unwritten scripts men inherit through family, culture, institutions, and social expectations
- How these scripts influence relationships, leadership, belonging, and authenticity
- The possibilities that emerge when individuals consciously examine and rewrite inherited narratives
Rather than a lecture or panel discussion, this experience is designed as an authentic dialogue where participants engage thoughtfully with ideas, stories, and one another.

To create a meaningful and engaging environment, participation will be intentionally limited to 30 attendees.
Open to men and women, this gathering welcomes individuals who are curious, reflective, and committed to exploring the complex ways identity is formed, challenged, and transformed.
