I was born and raised in the Midwest and grew up during a time when we played outside from sunup until sundown during the summer. I was the youngest of four children for eleven years, until my beautiful baby sister, Char was born.

Although I once dreamed of joining the Peace Corps, my passion for creating positive impact led me to facilitate citizen dialogue groups with AmericaSpeaks—working across cities to spark conversations that drive real change. Guided by a dedication to cross-cultural understanding and transformative dialogue, I’ve contributed to large-scale change initiatives in Europe, Asia, South America, Canada, and Mexico.

My journey has included leading a worldwide expatriate program in corporate Human Resources and holding multiple HR roles. In my consulting practice, I specialize in executive coaching, talent management, leadership development, culture transformation, DEI initiatives, performance management, and organizational development. Education: I hold undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Human Resource Management, a Master of Organization Development (MOD) from Bowling Green State University, and a Doctorate in Philosophy with a focus on Large-Scale Change and Organization Development from Benedictine University.
Research: My research explores cross-cultural perceptions of transformative dialogue as a predictor of performance outcomes, including a comprehensive four-country study. I have also carried out research comparing actual organizational characteristics to their ideal counterparts.
